Well its been over a week and still obnoxiously busy and never post anything! bad rosa! but heres what i got!
These last weekends have been major baking days for me. to moderate this new addiction it is now strictly a friday thing! (but tomorrow i have to make flan for a party so…i have to cheat.) bakeing takes up all my time! sadly i didint take pics of my turtle bread but im revamping the recipe today so i will defanatly take pics! Last friday (the 8th) i invented the Pear/Lemon sponge cake (to get rid of the ripening excess pears) and a pumpkin spice cake apple butter jelly roll…it was ok…i need to work on my egg based cakes…

Thats my post on food, ad today im going on a great yeast adventure, trying to master the yeast doughnut! Fighting with science! Im soo excited! ive done a ton of research and im gonna experiment with vital gluten and Kefir as reference to nata (the squishy ‘crust’ top of fresh milk after boiling it for the first time and letting it cool). Im gonna bake every friday and try to upload..well at least until something else takes my attention…lol, who knows may be it be dog grooming next week…
P.s try the harvest roast coffee from aldis. its the only thing thats kept me up functioning this week, and will continue…i have a paper due tonight but id rather bake!
